Shock coating

What do you guys recommend coating shocks with after sanding off rust spots?

@JanT coated his with something liquid. I can't remember what he used. Maybe PM him and ask?

You should spray up those leafs with a Wire Rope Cable, Open Gear and Chain Lube spray!!!
It will get rid of the rusting!!! Too.
It will also bring life back to them for better ride comfort, right now there are practically binding with no lubrication.
Let the rear go to full droop to open the springs up and spray away.

I remember reading about Boeshield T9 on here, and thats what I use on the shocks.

Amsoil HDMP everywhere else.
