I have a 2013 that I have basically blacked out. I ordered headlight covers and they are very dark. Visibility at night needs help. Any suggestion as far as light bars go that will give me additional light without blinding other motorists?

Rigid now has the DOT approved duallies so you could run them on the road

Really?

1) they are the kind that are installed by removing the headlight.

2) impractical

3) unrealistic

3) unrealistic

1) the headlight is only held in by three 10mm bolts. Easy to remove.

2) agree, headlight covers are impractical. A retrofit from Dawson with a blocked out housing is the way to go.

3) no mod is unrealistic if you put your wallet to it. Lol...

@SpiritNBlack the rigid DOT dually setup is a great idea and gives a lot of usable light without blinding others and not getting ticketed. Combined with the fog brackets for the OEM bumper, they will definitely light the way.

Shoot me a pm if you would like a quote!

I have a blacked out Dawson setup from my 2012 if you want to go that route... I've had them sitting in the box since I upgraded to my 2014. That's how I did mine, blacked out background, nice projectors, and smoked side indicators.
