Imagine it's Wi-Fi, unless they've changed iOS devices don't have have a particularly open Bluetooth stack. All the iOS OBDII devices I've seen use Wi-Fi.

The PDF says that it connects over Bluetooth to iOS. Can this be confirmed? I'm definitely interested if that's the case.
