So earlier today I noticed a noticable sound outside of the motor itself somewhere along the belt path. I have dealt with bad bearings before on farm equipment but not on cars and trucks.
Is it safe to drive? I have to get back to school about 2 hours away.
Is it hard to fix? I can do some projects on my own but if it tends to be harder I'll leave it to the people that do it for a living.
Is there a good way to pin point which bearing is bad?
This is a 2013 super crew with 85k miles.
Thanks.
