Can you fold down the rear seat to put the head reat back on?

i know on my 2010 raptor that the seats only found up into the backrest. you cant move the backrest unless you unbolt it somehow. and if it does move thats news to me. ive tryed and couldnt move it

You can remove the head rest with some effort the hardest thing to do is to put them back on. You almost need 2 people to put them back on 1 to hold both buttons and the other to wiggle it back in. Do not try to force it back or you could break the locks.
I had this trouble when I put in rear seat covers so the dogs won't tear up the seats.
