Let's just get this out of the way right up front: nobody at Ford was ever thinking about the Raptor in terms of a baby-toting car.
That's absolutely fine. This is a vehicle designed for doing things off road in a flashy, loud, fun way, not puttering around town doing family things....

That guys an idiot. I hate reading anything Jalopnik because of the way they over exagerate. Your not the tallest thing on the road. Most lifted trucks are the same height or taller. It's larger but it's not that large. It's not like driving a building it's more like a quad for adults.

Is that F150 logo from the FX4 appearance package with the black stripe on the sides?

I stopped reading that shit half way through... He said women hate raptors and called it a ****** mobile....apparently this dude is around the wrong type of women. And if you have children, the screw is always the better option and would eliminate the kicking the consol thing.. Didn't read much past that.

Women not liking it has not been an issue. Not that it does me much good, being fat and married.

Wow, I couldn't make it through either.

But when it comes to kids the Raptor is just fine. The car seat is a little high for my wife to get my son in and out, he is 18 months, but it works fine for me. I don't think my son would care what truck it is right now, but he knows its Daddy's Chruck. Like the picture, he loves playing in the back of the truck.

I went to the Dreamcruise with one of those red and yellow plastic cars and a stroller in the back.

Most comments I get about the truck is that it is too expensive to afford with kids, to that... year saving an extra 300 bucks a month would be nice, but it keeps me sane.

Best part, I can bring the petting zoo home for my son.



Can some one help me get the picture to work?

Nobody ever talks to me when I'm in my Raptor. People say I look intimidating, but I'm really nice, you guys can talk to.me I swear.

So it is big and the guzzles gas as if there is no tomorrow. Wow.......blinded by the obvious.

No wonder the author thought it was SO big.... he's only 5'6".

Does anyone really believe the author bought that Raptor?
