Looking for A Good Service Dept. in Orange County, CA for the Raptor

As we all know, service departments vary from dealer to dealer. Some are excellent, others awful, and varying degrees between. In the interest of finding a good one, does anyone have any recommendations and/or experiences (good or bad) re a service department at a Ford dealership in Orange County, CA for the Raptor?

I need to take mine in to have a few things looked at, and I'd like to go somewhere that I know will do the job right. Further, if you know of a particular service writer and/or technician that is good, please let me know.

I'm a little bias to Theodore Robins Ford in Costa Mesa considering they are my in-laws but they will treat you right. You'll want to deal with Steve Noches (service writer) over there. If you PM me your name, I would be happy to let Steve know you'll be stopping by.
