Get quotes from different shops if you can. I got mine under 2k for 13TW5v2 stealthbox + xd600v2 with remote knob including install.
The TW5 definitely hits a bit harder than the TW3s but the TW3s still sound good. Do the TW3s take up the same amount of space or less?

well the 1 TW5 (0.80 cu ft / 22.66 L) would take less space than 2 TW3's (0.50 cu ft / 14.16 L x 2) as per JL's site.
If i were to go with a steathbox for example its $1529.95 + tax (retail) i could maybe get 10% off.
So + XD600 amp + wiring and all that i balled parked it at $2150 taxes in.
So really its 1 TW5 (13") - $2150
or 2 TW3 (10") - $2333. both include taxes.
the TW5 needs 1 more inch of depth vs the TW3. Do you think 1 TW5 will be better than 2 TW3's? The TW5 is a bigger sub so it will be able to hit the lows. I usually listen to electronic music, maybe some hip hop / rap here and there. Sorry for all the questions, im just trying to make an informed decision haha.

@Toadster dont have any room there, i usually have stuff here, and really in the back as well when im driving to remote sites on jobs, which is why it being out of the way is big for me.

TW5 stealbox for supercrew raptor is $949 per JL's site - if 1500+ is what the shop is telling you go to a different shop they're ripping you off

I'm really not sure if the 2 TW3 10s will hit harder - maybe but the 13TW5 will hit a bit better at the lows. I went from a 10" W7 in my 4Runner (which my wife drives now) to this 13TW5 and I don't feel like I'm missing anything. I'm sure both would sound good. I'm not sure if wiring 2 10s would require and OHM difference or not. Back in the day(near 2000) JL subs were better for lower ohms in 1 sub or 3 sub configurations but I'm not sure if that still holds true today.

Hey @K1llD4shN1n3 thats because you are looking at USD and im from Canada, off jlaudio.ca it is $1529.95 CAD. Im sure its more because its built in the US and then sold here.

haha yeh so 2333 CAD is 1745 USD. But i think instead of the XD600 amp i might upgrade the amp to the RD1000, which should be more than enough power to power the 2 subs and i wouldnt need a high level converter right? This would increase my overall price by about 300$, so total USD 1982.
On the side note i also got a quote for 2 10" mille pros (hertz), hd1p amp (1000W) wiring and all that stuff for 2800 CAD which is 2094 USD. (One for 2200 which i think i might as well do 2 for the extra $600)
