Anyone else have this inverted stock leaf issue?

No Offroad, only maybe #100 in the bed. Sitting on jack stands. 18k total miles on truck

Could just be a bad spring, def. janky, and likely a warranty replacement (unless they're both that way, then.. what the hell happened?)
