Visually, how can you identify the Raptor 3.5l from the "normal" F150 3.5l?

are you talking about the engine alone. Like if they were removed from the truck and sitting on a stand beside each other?

I think he is worried they but the wrong engine in.

Not worried about the wrong motor; just being inquisitive as to how do you visually know the difference.

Gen 1 eco vs Raptor eco cutaway vs gen 2 non raptor cutaway.

It appears as though the 2nd gen's have a revised oil pan and it looks like both 17's have the new block material.
