what is the normal Tras. Temp of the Truck raptors get

i usually get around 195 - 215 F and i dnt think this is normal ...

Yup. It a meant to run hotter than others. There's an explanation somewhere here I think. I believe above 230ish you should start to care.

My transmition temp runs about 200-220 and at 220 I back off some. I have forgotten to check before and reached as high as 247 that I have seen.

When running it hard in the dunes, low tire pressure, lots of RPM's I have hit high 230's, then buzz around to let it cool down some.

I believe all of the newer vehicles are starting to run hotter fluid because there is less parasitic drag. I know the new Superduty's are the same way.
