How is towing affected with this bumper? It seems like it's now a bumper pull, rather than having the whole hitch setup. Are you losing tow capacity? Is this safe?

Also, what is the benefit of the dovetail in this instance? Is there an "normal" option?

It comes with a detachable mount that is used only when towing.
