Quick run in the Rodmen Mountains

Decided to take the Ranger out on her first official trip and see what she has got. Did About a 80 mile loop in the Rodmen Mountains near Newberry Springs CA. Mostly service roads and river washes, but due to flash flooding and heavy rains the trails and washes were ruff. Anyway here are the pics.

40 MPH was about as fast the rear end would handle without packing up/donkey kicking. Gnarly whoop section though.

My favorite rock. I'll post comparison pics between my last trip out here in the Raptor and this trip in the Ranger. to be fair to the Ranger the rains have exposed more of the rock so its at least 6-12" higher then my last trip out. Both trucks are running 35" tires.

I do miss the Raptor, but but guys I cant tell you how nice it is to have a truck you can play with and not have to worry about scratching it. Just drive it like ya stole it.
