any ideas how to fix hood decal?

I think it's some kind of detergent along with sun damage. There were a few spots showing but over the last couple of months it really turned.

any suggestions much appreciated.

That’s pretty bad. On mine to make it look new, I use Adams Revive Hand Polish. Polish good with their blue pad and wear gloves. Clean off then I use Adams Matte Detailer. If that cannot do it, then peel it off and replace with a new hood decal.

Looks like it's gone. Remove it while you still can.

Take it off and get a new one. Before you put it on, wipe the area down with winded and rubbing alcohol.
