Can I put a 30" and a 40" LED bar on one switch (aux 1 or 2) or is that too much amp draw?

It will all depend on which bars and the amp draw. Rigid E Series 40" draws about 16 amps and the 30" about 12 amps so it would be close to the 30 amp rating of unfitter 1 or 2. Other bars have different amp ratings, so you'll have to check those to see.

Simple equation (for DC systems), if you know the total wattage of your light, is watts / volts = amps.

When we offer advice, we like to use 12 volts as the voltage. While the running voltage of your truck is usually over 14v, we like to play it safe and account for all scenarios (ie. ignition on, truck off, aux switches on) when recommending switch use.
