Towing a RV camper

Any inputs with towing a RV camper using a Gen 2? Are these better tow rigs with springs over G3?

Not my rig but used to show a point about sagging rear end. A weight distributing hitch might help this situation too.

Feedbacks from those that tow a RV camper or 5K plus boats please.

That's what mine looks like if not worse since I have my truck leveled. The WD hitch doesn't help much.
