Im back and i got a IWE solution for everyone. Aftermarket axles or OEM. Aftermarket hubs or OEM hubs.

IWE system is now useless and scrapped all the way from the hoses near hubs to the solenoids at the engine.
after 3 years my 4x4 is finally bulletproof as well as with my new Atlas transfercase

any questions you know whom to ask

Its made from 300m . This isnt the setup i use. This is just for showing purposes rcv asked me.
I got aftermarket spindle/hubs/front diff and transfer case.

The setup i posted is for the oem guys with or without rcv axles. You will need to press out the needle bearing from oem hubs and press in a brass bushing i made and now rcv got those specs and sending out bushing kits with all orders

And hydrolic psc steering cause my new front dynatrac diff has a detroit locker not a 2trac. Needed more turning power to turn front wheels when diff is locked

Just found this thread. So after 9 pages of posts is the conclusion that 2012 + with torsion diffs are POS and we need to replace them?

The only popping I have heard of till this thread is Vanilla_Gorilla's 2011 had popping coming from the front diff on the last run we were on.

Only used 4x4 High a few times and no issues but then again I only have 4300 on the truck.

The torsen is not really the problem. It only magnifies and exploits the IWE's weakness.

The "popping" is coming from the IWE gear slipping off the wheel hub, and then slamming back on.

All year raptors (and reqular 4x4 f150) that have IWEs ( '04 up i believe) will fail eventually.
