The One and Only 2013 Order status thread

Quick question for those who have their '13 truck: does it have a physical key you insert into the steering column and turn or a fob you throw in the cup holder with a button to push on the dash? No big deal one way or another. Just curious.

During the walkaround video he puts a key in an ignition on the steering column, so no push button start.

My salesmen calls, my Raptor is in, Pickup 3:30 today. I had an ETA Oct 8th

I called the SVT hotline number at 1-800-367-3788 just to see how it worked......
gave the guy my dealer code and order number and he said I have a Oct. 15th build date.

It wasnt pulled last thursday according to my dealer.

Blood, anyway you could confirm any of this???

Guys FYI there is a commodity issue with the 6.2 gas engine that came out today

I just called SVT, they were not aware of this, my truck is scheduled for October 11th with no issues according to Ford.

I wonder if all the other Ford models have people this excited about their orders. If so I feel bad for Ford, likely fielding thousands of calls from people like us asking "are we there yet" "are we there yet" "are we there yet"...

There are now 100 people on this forum with a 2013 on order. I wonder what percentage of Raptor owners are on FRF.

I would be SHOCKED if it was over 5%. Just think, Ford sells about 10,000 Raptors a year and only 100 2013 orders? I say a very very small % of owners are on the forum.
