I have no idea what the dam thing is called but I like to through my sunglasses there when not in use and got tired of them flying off the dash every time I took a turn. I run TechSpec's on my race bike and thought they worked well and where aesthetically pleasing enough to be used in the Raptor interior without looking like ****. So I ordered their universal sheet in "Snake Skin" texture and got to work. I think pics are self explanatory as to what was done and I can happily report my glasses stay glued to the dash even under hard braking and turning. Worthwhile mod for anyone who actually places objects up there. Hope it helps someone.
