Tailgate Part Numbers

Looking for the tailgate shell part numbers that work with the following:

1. W/applique (meaning it takes the appliqué - not the actual appliqué itself), w/auto release, w/camera, w/tailgate step, w/work surface

I have found PN: ML3Z9940700F but there is no mention of it working with auto release and camera but my assumption is that it does given raptor and platinum models are listed. Plus, the camera module is built into the actual handle itself.

Furthermore, I’m looking for the tailgate Work Surface. If anyone knows the PN for it, that would be greatly appreciated as well.

I'm waiting on a quote back from my dealer for the tailgate with a step (I bought the standard) and everything I'll need to swap them out and keep my appliqué. They guessed about $3500 and told me they send a list of parts and out the door cost. I'll pass on whatever I find out.
