Really nice mount that was used for about 6 months before selling truck. In great condition with all spacers and a tire strap. This is the older model he sold for years before the current version. This one fits the tire near the tailgate and holds a 37 easily.

To the best of my knowledge, that is correct, only near the tailgate. I believe the spacing is different up towards the cab.

That is correct. The distance between the front bolts and the middle is greater than the middle and the rear.
