QTP electric cutout

I got my raptor back from the shop today, I got the QTP electric exhaust cutout installed. I opened it about 3 or 4 times today, it worked prefect. Had it closed for a couple hours, and I now I can't get it to open. It's making the noise like its opening, but nothing is happening! What should I do?

Head on back and visit the shop that installed it and see what's ups with it?

Sounds like the motor is loose on the shaft or something. As Pyro said, take that shit back!

I want to do one of these but I've heard that a lot of people have problems with them.
