Oil to water cooler? You lost me. I see a conventional radiator that cools the engine coolent, a smaller transmission cooler that cools the transmission fluid, and that's all I see.

Ruger, there should be hoses running from the trans cooler to the left side radiator tank. (At least the service manual says there is. Have not had a chance to check out a 6.2L up close for this) If so, the trans fluid is passed through an internal cooler in the radiator, hence the oil-to-water term.

Just an added note the 6.2 does have an actual oil cooler installed. Where the oil filter is located close by you can see two coolant hoses going to the oil cooler which would be oil-to-water as well.

I'm going to have to grit my teeth and buy a service manual. This vehicle is the most advanced vehicle I've ever owned, and by far.

Thanks, you guys!
