I dont have a full understanding of a car modifications yet but im getting there.

I wanted to know from the experts, what engine modifications have you done and what benefit has it done for you?

I wanted to know from the experts, what engine modifications have you done and what benefit has it done for you?

Do a search under this section and you will find lots of threads on the topic.

Most guys seem to have done the 3 basics:

1) Tune (The majority of which are 5 star - Vendor here)
2) CAI, several to choose from (I have the Airaid)
3) Exhaust, also plenty to choose from (I have Magnaflow and love it)

Lots of benefits to the tune. Better shifting points, disable 100 MPH limiter, improved throttle response, more power.

CAI and exhaust provide the basic air improvement. Better air flow in and out. Not to mention, aftermarket exhuasts sound a crap load better than OEM.
