Got all my parts and pieces from TRS the other day. Painted the G37 shrouds, and painted the Morimoto Amber 80mm LED rings to make them the " Evil eye " look. Now just waiting to get the new Headlight assemblies in so I can take them apart and start the painting on those. TRS site has tons of videos to make this process a snap.

Morimoto 35 Ballast
Morimoto 35 5000K H1 Bulbs
Morimoto MH1 6.0 projectors
Morimoto 80MM Amber rings
G37 Shrouds

New headlights come in today, so should be done with them soon.

Okay got a little drunk last night so didnt want to continue on the lights with this hangover. There is some triming on the reflector housing that needs to be done before installing the morimoto mini 6.0 projectors. In the pictures you can see on the back side of the reflector where it needs to be trimmed for the projector to sit correctly.

Those look really nice. I need to take more time on mine. I was drinking a little bit too much last night when I was working on mine. There are some little flaws in the paint. Kind of upset at myself now. Cant really see it unless you are close and know what your looking at though.

I tested the high beam solenoids and LED's 100 times just like the video on youtube said with a 9V battery. They work fine. I will end up changing these in the future only because I enjoy tearing shit down and rebuilding or modding. After I sealed the plastic lens' back on I found a mistake immediately. Pretty mad, but I can live with it.
