Louder turbos after frame cut bumper install

Probably a dumb question. I just put a frame cut ADD bumper on my truck yesterday. Now I swear I hear more induction noise and my turbos sound louder. I have a high pitch sound when they really spool up. Is it just me? I'm goostuned stg two, SPD trombone, borla attack exhaust, and an sb intake.

Less skid plate to hide the CAI. Also stock BOV or aftermarket? Vent to air?
