Probably just transport wheels. They use those so the real rims don’t get damaged during the transport/building process. GM does the same thing with their higher end Cadillacs, Chevys, and gmcs.

One of the plant guys on FB has said the 37 trucks don’t fit down the line (wouldn’t think 1” would matter that much. That’s what she said!) so they have temporary wheels on. Then swap them after they are through the line.
