The Baja Bracket will be too tall to fit properly. That's why we have the Gen3 Bracket as it's not as tall to fit in the opening. It's slightly smaller on the Gen3 Raptors
So here is the issue Im running into with the Baja Designs OnX6 10" light....its too chunky. I got the Baja Designs bracket to work by drilling out a bit of the lower tabs on the bumper but the light sticks too far out. So I purchased your bracket hoping it would pull the light back into the space but it didnt. The lower grille insert doesnt fit correctly or flush with the Baja Designs bracket or your bracket. I even trimmed the backside of the lower grille a bit to gain another 1/4" of space but its still not enough for it to sit flush.

The bracket and light are a hair away from the active shutters for the intercooler so all available real estate is used up.

Just a bit of info that you could tell customers that the bracket doesnt allow the OnX6 to fit correctly because its overall depth.

You didn't shave the tabs off your grill cover... you have to shave the 4 tabs off...1692483667406.png

Also our bracket has a slot so you can pull the light bar forward or back...

What's your order # with us so I can see what you ordered

Here's a Gen3 with an OnX6+ Racer

K so they should install fine. Our brackets allow you to put the OnX6 forward/backward as need be.

Pardon my amazing photoshop work... but if you need more clearance you don't have to install the rear bolt, that's optional. Use the center channel and align the light so it's flush and then tighten it down.

Yeah I was afraid of that. Ill most likely end up aiming the light like I want it then mark the bracket and machine out the rear slot as far as I can so both the center channel and the rear channel can be used. Id hate for the light to move after a bunch of offroad miles because I only used the center channel and 1 bolt on each side.

The rear slot is not really necessary on a 10" bar. It's so short it won't move. We honestly don't use that rear alignment on the lower grill bars. It's in there as part of an earlier design. We may create a 2nd version and extend it back a bit for folks who do want to use it, although not required.

I have a Baja Designs OnX6+ lower grille setup from my gen 2 and was wondering if anyone has installed this same kit into their Gen 3? I dont have the truck yet so I cant verify fit yet so Im doing research so if I have to order anything itll be here in the truck arrives. I know there is a bracket from SPV for this type of setup but it looks awfully similar to the Baja Designs bracket. Anyone get the kit from Baja designs to fit?
