This is custom built rack that bolts down using your existing bed bolts so it installs and removes easily.
It was designed to hold two 35”or 37” tires (FWIW 37" are a tight fit with the BFG A/T and the compression foam installed), a C02 tank, Pelican case (included), floor jack and 4 Scepter Jerry cans. It has 3 mounting tabs welded on. I use one for a VHF antenna, one for a whip mount and the 3rd is a Lowrance GPS antenna mount welded on the passenger side.
It’s made of 1.75” DOM, .120 wall and recently powder coated by Embee Performance in Santa Ana.
There’s an indexing pin that locks down the Pelican case by closing the tailgate and locking the tailgate.
I have done some pretty hard off-roading with this rack, including through the whoops of Sand Highway. The rack makes no noise and is plenty strong.
$500.00 The rack will include the Pelican Case. Other accessories can be purchased separately.
Shipping would be very expensive, so I'd prefer a local sale. I can meet in So Cal or if the timing is correct, in Las Vegas or possibly Phoenix.
