I'm a looooooooong ways away from anything resembling "country". Sorry. My back alley will have to do for now.

This is stock headlights.

Turned off stock headlights. Turned on the light bar.

Turned on the KC Slimlites while the bar was on just for fun.

This is not scientific, and this is from an iPhone, so take it for what it is.

I got my cheap 20" bar today. Looks just like the 40" bar, only shorter. ;)

The Rigid mount "barely" fits. But it fits. Problem is I need a real drill to make holes in steel. My Dewalt cordless drill is not up to the task. So I'm currently stuck.

So I borrowed my neighbors man sized drill, got me some titanium tipped drill bits, and this is as far as I got.

I'm doing something wrong (obviously). There's a reason I dislike drilling into metal. This is it right here.

its the drill bit. it needs to be a hss bit

Also use some cutting fluid, tapping fluid or WD40 in a pinch. You will need plenty of force behind it to make sure you get small shavings that do no get caught under the bit and just cause friction heating everything up.

Unrelated, I just called the vendor I bought my totron fogs from due to water ingress, sent him over photos, and replacements where shipped the same day no need to return the old ones. Who says you need rigid to get a good warranty service. :beatdeadhorse5:

Ha! I used a big ass bit to strip some metal off, then used a small bit and worked my way up. Geez I've sweated like a pig!
