no clue as to how or why. 2011 customers vehicle in our shop. we wired up lights, and changed a battery. now we notice the keyfob no longer works. the battery was weak and required a few jumps before we changed it. wondering if a voltage spike caused the keyless system to not work. drivers keypad works, lock switches work, everything works and is fine in the truck except the keyfob communication with the truck. picked up customers second key and same thing. tried reprogramming keys as well, no luck. any ford techs have module locations? is there still a vehicle security module? or is it part of the bcm?
