Can A/C and Seat cool/heat options be hard set

I notice each time I start the truck I have to go and re-set the cooled seats to on and the a/c to recirculate. Sure would be nice if it would remember this from previous run...like a truck from 50 years ago would... on the re-circulate at least. Is there a way to change this?

in the menu in the gauge cluster. You can set it all to "last"

but it won't do the seats.
