Most new vehicles are designed to run hot, it's just better efficiency.

The 2 stock OEM fans are variable speed fans and are controlled the PCM.
The fans kick in high at around 212 and shut off at around 202 degrees.
The thermostat in the coolant is a 195 degree. JFYI
And throwing in a cooler one won't help.

When the AC is on one fan will run at variable speed always ( I believe it's the passenger side ) according to the temp.
And of course both fans will run if temp reaches 212.

I believe getting larger fans would not do anything unless you program them to stay on at full speed, if this is what are trying to get at.
If your thinking about over riding the fans like hot wiring them. I would think your going run into problems with the Tune.

If your transmission is running hotter than you would like, I know some have installed a larger trans cooler with fans.
And I haven't heard any negative feedback from this mod yet.

I've had conversations with other SC Raptors with the upgraded larger HE from Whipple,
and the only issue has been for some that the trans cooler is covered and the trans temp climb faster and higher.
And that's why I mentioned the Trans cooler with fans and relocated it under the HE.
It apparently works.

The upgraded HE hasn't affected the engine cooling.
