Amber running lights on the 2018 Raptor

Can these be turned off, so that just the head lights are on.

I tried going to lighting display and turning what they call the day time running lights off but the amber lights remain on when I turn the head lamps on.

What am I missing.

they stay on i think , at least anytime i have seen my lights on and drooling over my truck, lol

They are required by DOT regulations because the raptor is wider than 80” and is classified as a commercial vehicle. Standard F-150 is 79.5” wide to avoid these regulations.
