Does +1 Deaver and the middle perch still give the truck the stink bug look.

Does this bumper and skid plate combo require any drilling or is it 100% bolt on? How hard is it to steal this LED light assembly if my truck is parked outside? Can anything be done to make it harder to steal? Can I get a price quote for this exact bumper and skid plate combo with the Evo Prime LED's shipped to 94022. Thanks!
