Truck has been a joy. I have tried to get rid of her, but my wife won't let me.

3 small issues in 5 years.

Cam Phazers = covered under recall / tab thing
drivers seat heater elements = fixed by me for 2 hours of my time and $27
transfer case exploded = covered under powertrain

1 set of new tires, 9 oil changes

except for the $107 to fill it up, I have had a great ownership experience. And the jerk who hit and ran on me causing the left bed rail and tail light to be replaced.

Were you in 4A or 4WD when your T-Case exploded? That's wild to hear.
2wd, getting on the highway at 40% throttle.

Stopped to get gas 400 miles into a 1,200 mile drive. Getting back on highway herd a pop, and loss all drive. Coasted to the shoulder, called roadside. 7 days later new transfer case.

Ford took care of me.

Thanks for feedback, I wouldn't say that TC exploded is a small issue, but , well ...
Is it a 18'S ?

I haven’t been on the forum for years. I’m currently on my 4th Raptor super cab. I had a 2010 6.2 right when they came out, then a 2012, Thea 2014 that I had Roush build for me with everything, and now my 2018 that I ordered new. It currently has only 10,500 miles on it. It’s stock except for the 20 inch Vorsteiner Venomrex wheels and Nitto Trail Grappler tires.

That is great looking truck for 5 years old and those crazy low miles ..... think resale if you upgrade should be good, just remember to have documentation of your Cam Phasers fixed (dealers low balling people saying it is major issue on Gen 2).
