2019 802a Sync 3 issues

I have a 2019 802a truck, and I'm constantly having issues with the infotainment. Sometimes apple carplay won't connect, sometimes the nav will be completely frozen, sometimes apple carplay will be connected, but no sound will come out of the speakers. I find myself hard restarting it at least once every other drive. I'm looking into purchasing the 14.4" autotec pro replacement screen, but I'm reading that it doesn't actually replace the sync 3 module. Would replacing the screen resolve these issues? Or is there something else I need to do?

Have you done the latest Sync Update? The previous update had some bugs that causes some of the issues you have mentioned.
