Finally an update!!

I am. In production date of 2/12 no update since 2/26. Ford app shows it sitting in lot next to Flat Rock Assembly plant. 35 mi on the odometer and empty gas tank. No movement in weeks.

Really? Even if I already have the stock Sony Sub and will just swap it for the Kicker. The Sony sub is already getting the signal.

Does anyone know if it's possible just swap the stock Sony sub from an 802a with the factory Kicker (part # vgl3z-18808-a which was the upgrade option only for an 801a)? And will the sound difference be comparatively better? Ford Performace and Ford parts referred me to my dealer who is clueless...

Yes but I thought I read somewhere that the sub package add on was only available with the 801a equipment group. I'm looking to add it to the 802a equipment group.

Has anyone just swapped the stock Sony subwoofer from the 802A equipment group with the Kicker VGL3Z-18808-A? I am planning to do this. Will I run into any compatibility issues?

Initial order placed Nov 10??????? WTF...I placed mine in August and still don't even have a build date.

I haven't heard anything new on this. I gave the dealer the go ahead on Thursday, right when I got the text, to swap out for the standard wheels (reluctantly as it appears I had no choice). Then checked with Ford through social media on Friday and still no VIN/build date.

If you look at the image of the email my dealer sent me (I attached again), it says CF and beadlock are causing currently scheduled orders to get "pushed out." Not sure if that means that the build date is getting pushed back, or if the whole order is getting pushed out of the system until those...

Been trolling these threads for a while now and also waiting for a VIN and build date (ordered mid August). I just received a text from dealer today that the plant is not scheduling anymore orders with the upgraded beadlock wheels or the carbon fiber (mine has just the beadlock). Anybody else...
