You can get a ROUSH CAI and catback exhaust without a tune. Once your use a larger MAF housing for the intake and delete the cats, that is when a tune is needed.

We have done a few of them with the off road pipe but nothing NA.

All come with a certain type of Precision turbo which have made over 1300hp. Each pipe is Stainless steel and you have the option of wrapping them or jet hot coating. We have made 11psi and it held fine but we do not suggest going over 7psi because these motors have not been really pushed yet.
