Yes - at long last. I ordered these: "(20) 14x2 Open End Tuner Lugs Truck Spline Lug Nuts" from eBay. Obviously we need 24, so I used some of the 2" long ones I already had in strategic places where the hub caps would fit over them. I'm just posting pics of my rims and tires today 6/2. Good luck.

Did you figure out the lug nut problem? I assume we have to order new lug nuts with the new Octane wheels? I'm trying to figure out exactly what to order. Let me know if you've figured it out. Good luck.
