I checked mine and didn't have any of the issues. Minus a slightly gritty shifter. Not to the point I'd consider taking it in.

That's said, on the appliqué. My corners aren't pulling away and are fairly flush. But all have some "play" when pushed. Yours?
definitely peeling away and when i press it back down there is no tackiness left on the tape they use to attach it. It's not bad and hardly noticeable unless you are right up on it

It's not as bad as Toadsmashers or the picture in the Enhanced PDI document

While getting gas today i noticed i actually do have the gap in the tailgate applique at the upper corners on driver and passenger side. It was a little dark when i checked yesterday so guess i overlooked it. I won't be able to get to the dealer for a week or two but i will report back what they say when i do go. Hopefully its an easy fix and they don't need my truck for more then an hour or two
Mine on my 23 pulled some in the upper drivers corner and it had to be totally replaced. It is doing it again after about 6 months a little worse this time and will be getting replaced again when I take it in for my 10k mi service in a couple of months.IMG_1138.jpeg

It's a pdf file
Thank you. I downloaded and printed from my desktop vs iPhone.

Went through the list and I’ll be contacting my local dealer to schedule a visit. I have issues with dash, tailgate etc etc etc :-/
Also checked oil after putting first 150 miles on since 04/16 delivery. Oil level fine and looked perfectly new as it should so that is really good. (Thank you Ford Performance LOL).
Did find many misc tape pieces throughout the engine compartment. (Black primarily but also cheap beige masking tape).
Thank goodness I have my F-150 XLT as a backup truck while the Raptor spends time at the dealership in the upcoming weeks…the dash top will not be a quick ‘pit stop’ I’m thinking…

Receiving this info on QC and additional PDI is helpful vs not knowing and discovering A-Z one by over time or when the neighbor with a GMC starts pointing them out…

Mine was a 02/14/24 date on window sticker so can’t help out.

I think mine is the exact same then. That said, I have no idea if my last two truck were the same. I never specifically went pressing around the corners of the appliqué. Is the entire thing held in with 3M?

Edit - looked at it again this morning. Corners are definitely looser than I'd like. That said, aren't the appliques held in with clips through the majority of it as well? if there's clips throughout, I am a bit less worried.

I would assume there are holes in the tailgate to align pins/tabs in the applique but i cant speak for certain. i have never seen one off of a truck in person
