Just wanted to share with everyone that we will be testing our custom tune and Airaid air intake kit on a completely stock truck on our dyno today. The 2010 Raptor 6.2 test truck belongs to forum member MikesBlue6.2, Mike has been a long time custom of ours who we built a 9 sec daily driven Lightning for a few years ago. Mike Reddens 00' Lightning runs 9.74@138 on stock - Car Videos on StreetFire Anyways we got to test this package on our last test truck a few weeks ago but he already had a full exhaust system. Mikes truck is completely stock and running 87 octane so this will show real world gains! The Airaid intake has already recieved our modification of removing the MAF insert sleeve to open the housing up from 77mm to 102mm!! Yep thats right we measured it exact and your increasing the inlet diameter tremendously allowing more air flow and range for the mass air sensor. Ill have results and dyno graphs here shortly!!

Here are a few pics of the inlet tube after its been modified to show you the difference of removing the maf sleeve.

Stock Airaid insert size 77mm (Stock Ford is size 80mm)

Well the results are in and the truck netted 33 RWHP and 50 ftlbs of torque peak!! It gained over 60 HP between 4000 and 4500 because we turned off the torque reduction. This allows for a much smoother power curve as well!! Mike came back from his first drive with the truck and was impressed with the power gain and how aggressive the engine sounded after the install. This and all dyno's for Raptor trucks we have performed are in 3rd gear on the dyno. Also this is on 87 octane!! Expect 9-12 more HP with 93 octane in the tank!

The truck had our tune too, its required for the Airaid modification. We saw 21 HP from the tune and 12 from the air kit making 33+ HP gain at the tires total!

Is that the most you have seen to date for 6.2 intake/tune combo?

The two we tested in house both had the same exact gains! I had a SCREW stop by yesterday and set him up for late next week to do the same thing and also Full custom exhaust! This will be the first SCREW I know of with a full length exhaust system.

You guys have the best product out from what I can see (and I've done a lot of research). I would like to know if you have all upgrades available with the borla exhaust for the screw? I'm looking for increased sound upon acceleration but trying to stay away from a lot of drone. That is why I think the borla would be better. I also want to see if there is any discount if you buy the tune, intake, exhaust, headers all together? Also what kind of hp increases for the entire system and is there anything else you would recommend? Thanks and look forward to making a purchase!

We do offer the kit complete for $2999 which includes the full exhaust with Magnaflow cat back and the Airaid/tune package. This kit adds 60+ RWHP to your truck and a ton of throttle response. The Borla cat back is an additional $500 compared to the Magnaflow however.

The system we offers fits the Screw as well it just requires the use of your factory mid muffler pipe. Its about a 2 ft long straight pipe with a pre muffler, that is the only difference in the ext cab and screw exhaust system.
