Rear end bounce / wobble at highway speed?

My truck was bouncy and loose over bumps, and mid turn freeway speeds it would kinda “waggle” it’s ass like a happy dog.
Did king 3.0s and deavers +2 and a +2 shackle and a rpg bump kit. Truck felt like different vehicle all together on road and off. My shocks and leafs were both smoked and had some mileage on them.

Running the tires at 38psi. Talked to discount, they said it's the tire construction. It has a fiberglass cap, that after it heats and cools....the tires can develop a heavy spot and a flat spot. They recommended switching out to a nitto/Cooper or Toyo....different construction, more inline with the old bfg KO. BTW....they are no doing it at no cost to me. Going down this week, I'll update the thread after I drive it awhile.
