dremel would be a lot easier. I think I have one. How much did you take out?

My lights were also hitting on the drivers side. Like the previous poster said, budget some time. I had to grind the bracket face edge 1/8" to stop it from hitting the bumper, with a dremmel and round sand bit I shaved 1/8" of the upper part of the bumper opening where the light's bracket was hitting, touch of primer/paint with a tiny art brush, and remounted the lights and rigid bracket with SS bolts. No more rattles.
