Based on our testing, rivets are stronger for this application. @RDFTS

I just ordered the Rigid Radiance bars, 20" and 50"

How so? Rivets don't have the options bolts do, with bolts you can get aluminum, steel from soft to hard, stainless, even titanium if you want, plus they can be tightened where rivets are in once their in, if they loosen your options are drilling out and then re riveting them, also bolts can be removed, Ive taken my bar off a few times and I can also pull the mounts off and run clean.

I have that setup and mine fits fine in my garage.
