Plugs Coil packs

I did some searching and some reading but my questions aren't answered.

I need opinions on plugs and coil packs. Are there any performance enhancers? ****** plugs if you will. When changing all of this out and running a 5 star tune does it need to be re flashed if I change to anything other than OEM ?

If I sound like a novice its because I am. Im just lubing up my inner grease monkey so any help is appreciated.

You've got 16 spark plugs in an 8 cylinder engine.
You can throw money at it, but you've already got more spark than you'll ever need.
