is it different if you just turn off the traction control or hold it for 10 seconds on dunes because it was not very high and the car was not very good

Yes, you have to hold for like 5-6 seconds, until it says AdvanceTrak Disabled.

Even disabled the truck can act strange in sand sometimes...

it didn't say advanced track it just show the traction sign on and off 3 times t

Do you have a '10? If so, maybe a '10 owner can chime in and verify what it says when it's disabled completely...

On the '11+, the LCD readout tells you it's fully disabled, instead of in "sport" mode.

10 owner here. Hold button until squiggly raptor blinks, then it is supposed to be completely disabled.

is that why my car was too lazy in dunes?? trails sway can be switched off from the instruments
