Truck cold start issue

I'm having a mechanical problem with my raptor and I wanted to know if you guys have ever experienced it before. My check engine light popped on and I had to change a 02 sensor and a coil pack in bank one. Ever since I did this on cold starts or first crank ups the truck has a terrible idle or miss in it and want hardly accelerate but as soon as I turn the key off wait 2 or 3 seconds and crank it back up it runs perfect anywhere you want to go but it does the same thing every time and I can't figure it out.

Well I hope I'm not the only one who has ever had this issue with a raptor.
