Driveshaft problem

I hear the stock driveshaft limits a Raptor's top speed to around 104! Does anyone (aftermarket) make a driveshaft that does not do this? Available top speed of around 125 would be nice. After changing stock tires and removing the top speed limiter of course.

I've read here on the forum that a few Raptor owners have used tuners to remove the limiter and have driven their Raptors to 145 or was it 160?

I don't remember who but one of our vendors offer a solid driveshaft. Not sure what the top speed of them is but check out our vendors products and u should find it

SDHQ sells one or JDM sells one. I'm just surprised that everyone make a replacement Rear driveshaft and No one makes a replacement Front Prop shaft. Weird.

The driveshaft we sell is manufactured by a company called Dynotech out of Michigan. They specialize in high end racing driveshafts for NASCAR, Craftsman Truck Series, and NHRA.

I don't even wanna know what that shaft is worth

Unless you are wanting to go whole hog I'd just get a tuner from 5 Star. You can take off the limiter completely with it and you can put on your custom tune.

You heard wrong...

You know what doesn't have this issue? A Mustang.

I have never and will never understand the need to go that fast in a Raptor.
