Block heater cord

I couldn't get a block heater on my 2011. Dealer said it wasn't available, not even as an extra cost option.

Learning something new every day. Too ******* cold to look for it now. Should be in the 50s by Friday, I will look then. lol

From FordParts.com, you can get cheaper from other sites, got mine from FRF garage sale several years back for around $95.

If it has protective cover over the plug, take the cover off and push the cover through the hole first, then the plug. Or, as I recall, the cable is two pieces and you can unplug the plug head end and then thread the cable through the hole and reconnect cables.

Thank you. When it warms up in a couple days I’ll take a look for that connector.
